Product Support
Option 1:Pre-paid Annual Maintenance & Support Service Agreement
 To cover our operational support expenses, our annual maintenance & support service rates are based on 25% of total product licence fees. Complete maintenance & support services include:
 
 - Product updates
- Maintenance releases
- Trouble call responses
 
Option 2:Pre-paid Monthly Maintenance & Support Service Agreement
 The same complete maintenance & support services are offered under a “monthly” agreement for a slightly larger fee than Option 1.
 
Option 3:“Pay as you GO” Support Service
 Support services (trouble call response only) are offered for an hourly rate of
CAD 120.00 plus applicable taxes, billed monthly. Minimum charge is one hour per service call. On-Site support service charges do not include travel and living expenses.
Infrastructure Support
 Should our customers require system infrastructure support at its operational sites,
SPR software Inc. offers this service under a separate contract at terms to be negotiated.
